The former Heisman Trophy winner and likely top overall selection in April's NFL Draft is believed to be the first person in history to decline the physical exam at the league's combine. Williams met with the media on Friday morning to discuss his time at USC and NFL future Williams won the Heisman Trophy and is viewed as the best quarterback in this year's draft 'Not 32 teams can draft me, there’s only one of me,' Williams said of his reasoning.
