In a speech that focused on Assam’s growing strategic importance, Ambani outlined five key priority areas, including digital transformation through an AI-ready data centre, clean energy initiatives involving nuclear energy and compressed biogas, a mega food park, expansion of Reliance Retail stores, and a seven-star Oberoi hotel in Assam. In the coming years, Reliance will more than quadruple this investment in Assam to over Rs 50,000 crore over the next five years in the following five priority areas.
