
TGNPDCL enhances customer-centric services for uninterruptible power supply
The HinduHYDERABAD The Northern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Ltd has initiated several customer-centric measures to bring electricity services closer to consumers and ensuring innovative solutions for addressing their issues and needs. As part of the initiatives, the Northern Discom has introduced a ‘Vidyut Prajavani’ every Monday wherein consumers could directly voice their concerns. These initiatives would help resolve issues either immediately or within a stipulated time, based on their severity, CMD of Northern Discom K. Varun Reddy said on Friday. With the aim of achieving zero electrical accidents, the Discom has appointed Technical Divisional Engineers as Safety Officers and is conducting widespread awareness campaigns to educate consumers about electrical safety.
