"While the country is mourning Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh’s demise, Rahul Gandhi has flown to Vietnam to ring in the New Year. Congress accused the BJP of showing "disrespect and a grave insult" to the former Prime Minister, while the ruling party retaliated by accusing Congress of engaging in "cheap politics" over Singh's funeral.
