Implement ‘20-point programme’ to transform Tirupati: Chairman

‘Vikasit Tirupati’ is possible only when Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s goal of ‘Vikasit Bharat 2047’ and AP Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu’s aim of ‘Swarnandhra 2047’ are achieved, said Lanka Dinakar, Chairman of Twenty-Point Programme. He conducted a review meeting on implementation of specific schemes and projects in Tirupati district on Saturday. On the occasion, he directed the district officials to work towards 100 percent implementation of the TPP here to transform the city as ‘Vikasit Tirupati’. During the review meeting, the TPP Chairman along with Tirupati District Collector S. Venkateswar enquired about the implementation of various Central government He reviewed on utilisation of Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation scheme funds, and the implementation of Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme, Jal Jeevan Mission, Gramin Sadak Yojana, Lakhpati Didi, Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, PM Surya Ghar, PM Awas Yojana, PM Vishwakarma, and other schemes.
