WCOTY 2025 : Top three finalists for World Car Awards announced

The top three finalists of the World Car Awards, in each of the six categories have been announced. Last year, the Kia EV9 took home two awards, the 2024 World Car of the Year and the 2024 World Electric Vehicle. 2025 World Car of the Year The top honour, the 2025 World Car of the Year has three finalists, the BMW X3, the Hyundai Inster/Casper Electric and the Kia EV3. 2025 World Luxury Car of the Year The finalists in the luxury category include the Porsche Macan, Porsche Panamera and the Volvo EX90.The BMW 5 Series/i5 was awarded the luxury car title last year. 2025 World Car Design of the Year The last category in the WCOTY, the World Car Design of the Year finalists include the Kia EV3, Toyota Land Cruiser/Land Cruiser 250 and the Volkswagen ID.
