Intelligence agencies have stumbled upon the video recording of the gathering where Salahuddin is ranting about Indian forces and singing praises for Hizbul Mujahideen Commander Riyaz Naikoo who was recently killed in an encounter in Beighpora, his native village in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama.
