MHA says no to need-based changes in CHB dwelling units on Delhi pattern
Hindustan TimesIn a major setback to around 68,000 allottees of the Chandigarh Housing Board, the Ministry of Home Affairs has refused to allow need-based changes in dwelling units on the pattern of Delhi.
