Police Struggling to Open Patnam’s Locked Mobile

Deccan Chronicle

Hyderabad: Police officials probing the attack on Vikarabad district collector Prateek Jain and revenue officials at Lagcharla, are having a tough time in cracking open data in the mobile phone of BRS leader Patnam Narender Reddy, prime accused. Meanwhile, Vikarabad police are waiting for court orders to take police custody of Narender Reddy for questioning in connection with the case. Reddy's counsel urged the local court not to issue orders on police custody as they had filed a petition before the High court to quash the case. Sources said that police had seized Reddy’s mobile phone during his arrest.
