Read our privacy policy A man has been charged with the murder of two women who were found dead outside a house in a West Sussex village days before Christmas, according to police. A murder investigation was launched after 76-year-old Sandy Seagrave and 32-year-old Amy Appleton were found dead outside a property in Crawley Down, a village in Sussex, on 22 December. Members of the public and paramedics tried to save two women found outside the property in Hazel Way, but the victims died at the scene, police said.
