Sharad Pawar did nothing: MSRTC workers protest outside NCP chief's Mumbai home
India TodayOver a 100 workers of the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation, on strike over their demand of the merger of the MSRTC with the state government, protested outside Nationalist Congress Party chief Sharad Pawar's residence in Mumbai this afternoon, shouting slogans against the veteran politician, accusing him of not doing anything to resolve their issues. The workers outside 'Silver Oak' - Pawar’s residence in south Mumbai - tried to break through the security barricades even as Supriya Sule tried to pacify them. NCP chief Sharad Pawar has not done anything to resolve the issue," an agitating employee of the MSRTC told news agency PTI. Sharad Pawar is considered to be the chief architect of the tri-party Maha Vikas Aghadi government, which is a coalition of the Shiv Sena, the NCP and the Congress.
