Gurugram woman claims ClearTrip, IndiGo 'scammed' her, vows legal action

India Today

A Gurugram-based woman has accused travel booking platform ClearTrip and IndiGo Airlines of fraud, alleging that her flight tickets were cancelled without her consent. “We were scammed by ClearTrip and IndiGo – and this won’t stop here,” Raagini Gupta said in a post on LinkedIn. Furthermore, she vowed to take legal action, and said that she would file an FIR against both ClearTrip and IndiGo for “harassment and security breach”. Narrating her ordeal, Gupta claimed that she had booked three tickets for an IndiGo flight from Lucknow to New Delhi on February 28 at 11:10pm through ClearTrip.
