We’re really trying to find a story that feels very connected.” A Quiet Place follows a family that is forced to live in silence while hiding from monsters with ultra-sensitive hearing. Krasinski appeared in the film alongside his real-life wife, Emily Blunt – something he says “made marriage stronger.” When asked if the sequel could focus on an entirely new set of characters within the universe, Krasinski agrees. It’s interesting to see how everyone else is faring.” Krasinski, no stranger to television having starred in the US remake of The Office as well as Amazon’s new series Jack Ryan, also acknowledged that an anthology series akin to Charlie Brooker’s Black Mirror could be ”a really great idea.” In the meantime, would he direct a Black Mirror episode should Brooker enlist his services?
