Senior Designation: Patna HC Invites Views From The Bar On 177 Applicants [Read Notice]

The Patna High Court has invited suggestions/opinions from the Bar on 117 applicant Advocates as a part of the process of designating them as Senior Advocates. The high court had invited applications for designation as Senior Advocate on July 1, 2019. The court had received 127 proposals, of which 117 proposals met the requirements of the High Court of Judicature at Patna Rules, 2019, published in the Bihar gazette notification on 29.03.2019. The opinions shall be obtained within 30 days from the date of publication of notice, i.e., 19.08.2019.
