Ingredients cottage cheese cubes-600 gm Oil-100 ml Pounded coriander- 5gm Pounded whole red chilli- 2gm Pounded cumin- 5gm Pounded aniseed-5 gm Yellow capsicum cubes- 10gm Green capsicum cubes-10gm Ginger garlic paste-20gm Finely chopped tomatoes-800gm Degi chilli powder- 100gm Coriander powder- 200gm Salt to taste Cumin powder-10 gm Pounded kasoori methi- 5gm Garam masala- 5gm Chopped coriander for garnish Ginger juliennes- 5gm Preparation 1.Heat oil in the handi, add whole red chilli, pounded coriander, cumin and aniseed, cook till it crackles. Then add red capsicum, yellow capsicum and green capsicum, sauté for two minutes. 3.Then add ginger garlic paste, chopped tomato, degi chilli powder, coriander powder and salt, sauté till tomato becomes a pulp and is well done.
