Delivery driver who wore crotchless trousers, see-through tights and see-through shorts jailed for flashing despite claiming he is just a naturist

Robert Jenner was repeatedly caught exposing himself, including incidents where he wore crotchless trousers in a supermarket, "see-through tights" in shops and "see-through shorts" in a park frequented by families. While working as a delivery driver between 7 and 13 December 2017, the 44-year-old approached customers wearing clothing which left him "deliberately exposed", a police officer said. "Jenner claimed he was simply a naturist and would argue there was nothing wrong with his behaviour," said Robert Fagg, an officer with Kent Police.
