A bench led by Justice Adarsh Kumar Goel while disposing off an application filed by Residents of Sikandrabad Industrial Area was informed by the board about the action taken report saying "The cement industries in question are complying with the norms. It was also informed that State PCB is in the process of assessing and recovering the environmental compensation on Polluter Pays principle from the polluting units in question.
