Jharkhand man fakes name to lure minor girl, forces abortion; arrested

A man, who allegedly deceived a minor Hindu girl by faking his identity, impregnating her and later forcing her to terminate her pregnancy, was arrested in the West Singhbhum district of Jharkhand on Tuesday. According to the complaint filed by the girl's mother, Adnan, an e-rikshaw driver, introduced himself as Amit Kumar from Bihar, befriended her daughter, and lured her into a relationship. During the relationship, when the girl got pregnant two times, Adnan forced her to terminate it by feeding her abortion pills each time. Later, commenting on the case, Bharatiya Janta Party spokesperson Pritual Shehdo said, "Jharkhand is turning into the factory of love jihad under Hemant Soren's government.
