CBSE Class 12 Result 2017: All eyes on cbse.nic.in, but results unlikely today after HC order on ‘grace marks’

The Central Board of Secondary Education is unlikely to announce its Class XII results today after the last-minute order of Delhi High Court directing the board to continue with the moderation or ‘grace marks’ policy this year. On Tuesday, the High Court directed CBSE to prepare the results of students who have appeared in the Board exam as per the policy in place when the students submitted the exam forms. The Marks Moderation policy allowed grace marks to be given to students failing by a few marks and for difficult questions in the examination. Steps to check the results: Log on to either of the official websites: cbse.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in Click on “Senior School Certificate Examinations Results 2017 ” Enter your roll and school number CBSE class 12 result 2017 will be displayed on your screen Take a print out and download it for future reference The examination schedule was delayed this year due to Assembly elections that took place in five states — Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Goa and Manipur.
