Farmers in Gajwel, Siddipet give thumbs up to Revath’s loan waiver
Deccan ChronicleHyderabad: In spite of BRS leaders' allegations that the Congress government’s farm loan scheme has not been implemented properly, the farming community in Gajwel, former chief minister K. Chandrashekar Rao’s constituency, and Siddipet that former minister T. Harish Rao represents, are giving thumbs up to Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy’s scheme. Speaking to Deccan Chronicle, a young farmer, Pittala Balakrishna from Mailaram in Chinnakodur mandal of Siddipet constituency, said that his loan of Rs 1.3 lakh had been waived. Goverdhan Reddy was among those who never got the Rs 1 lakh loan waiver announced by the previous BRS government. I hope this government will sort it out.” Rajashekar from Kondapak in the Gajwel constituency said, “Our family is a beneficiary of the Congress government’s loan waiver scheme.
