Apple is gearing up for its developer conference WWDC 2024 next month, and one of the big highlights of the event will be iOS 18. Option to change the colour of app icons According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, the upcoming iOS 18 will introduce a range of customisation options, including the option to change the colour of app icons, providing users with the freedom to curate their home screens to suit their preferences. Home Screen Makeover In addition to icon customization, iOS 18 is said to revolutionise home screen organisation by enabling users to place apps anywhere on the grid. The Cupertino giant is said to bring significant artificial intelligence capabilities with iOS 18 across various native apps. Moreover, iOS 18 is also said to introduce new AI-based features to apps like Notes, Calendar, and Reminders, augmenting their capabilities with voice memos transcription, AI-generated summaries, and seamless integration with Siri and Shortcuts.
