Cold Wave Brings Temperatures To Record Lows In J&K, Ladakh; Leh Reels At -10°C, Zojila Hits -18°C
ABP NewsCold weather conditions have intensified in Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh on Friday, with Srinagar recording temperatures as low as -4.1 degrees Celcius and Pahalgam -6.5 degrees Celcius. Qazigund -- the gateway town to the Valley in south Kashmir -- recorded -4.4 degrees Celcius meanwhile, at ski resort Gulmarg it was -4.3 degrees Celsius while the temperature in Kupwara was recorded at -3.4 degrees Celsius. The Met department said the weather would stay generally dry till December 7, and a further fall in night temperature is expected while the days would be warmer.
