Karnataka example works best for TPCC: Sridhar Babu
Deccan ChronicleHYDERABAD: Manthani legislator D. Sridhar Babu, credited with having played his role in the victory of Congress in the Hyderabad-Karnataka region as an AICC in-charge, said on Sunday that opinions of each MLA are being sought to zero in on the state’s next chief minister. Asked if the victory in Karnataka had given the Congress party renewed enthusiasm, he said, “All senior leaders and lower-rung cadre down to the booth-level fought to come to power. As we exposed the failures of the BJP, people believed us and gave us the mandate.” Karnataka has taught us how to take the party forward together with collective leadership, he added. The legislators will decide and the high command will be apprised of their opinion before the final decision is taken,” the Congress observer said.
