In a recent interview with Red magazine, Jones, who also stars as Nessa in the comedy series, said: “I think it would be churlish of me to say there won’t be any more. “The honest truth is there are no plans, but I don’t think I could ever say never.” Jones also spoke about the process of writing the Christmas special with co-creator James Corden, 10 years after the show wrapped, describing it as “a bit strange initially”. We make each other laugh a lot.” Jones said everybody was “over the moon” by the positive reaction to the trailer for the Christmas special, which was released by the BBC last week.
