COPEN 13 begins at NIT-C

Suhas S. Joshi, Director of the Indian Institute of Technology Indore, inaugurated the 13th International Conference on Precision, Meso, Micro, and Nano Engineering at the National Institute of Technology - Calicut on Friday. The three-day conference is jointly organised by NIT-C, IIT Palakkad, Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, Thiruvananthapuram, and NIT-K Surathkal. Speakers on the occasion mentioned the need for domain expertise together with skill set in artificial intelligence and machine learning to solve complex manufacturing problems. NIT-C Director Prasad Krishna, COPEN Chairman Ravi Raghavan, Co-Chairman V. Radhakrishnan, IIT Palakkad Director Sheshadri Sekhar, and Srikanth Bontha of NITK Surathkal were present.
