The India Meteorological Department has forecast rain in many parts of Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal, Bihar, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Goa and Maharashtra today. According to the India Meteorological Department, due to the cyclonic circulation over the Bay of Bengal due to cyclone ‘Noru’, the withdrawal of southwest monsoon from the country seems to be delayed. Along with this, there is a possibility of rain for the next two to three days in many parts of Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh.
