The HinduThe Visakhapatnam district administration has taken possession of the land property at Survey No. 92/3 at Yendada under Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation limits, in response to the latest memo issued by the Revenue Department of Andhra Pradesh, directing cancellation of the allotment of 12.51 acres of land to the Hayagreeva Farms & Developers. Jana Sena Party corporator at GVMC Peethala Murthy Yadav, among the two petitioners on the land, said that he met Visakhapatnam Collector M.N. Of the total allotted 12.51 acres, 32,857 square yards have been sold out,” Mr. Murthy Yadav alleged. The government also directed the district administration to use the land, which was originally alienated for the construction of cottages for senior citizens and orphans, now be used for public purposes.
