Key points: The Tigers player returned a positive result on Saturday The club's AFLW squad is in isolation The Tigers say the other members of the club's AFLW bubble have returned negative test results The Tigers confirmed a player had returned a positive result from a pre-training rapid antigen test on Saturday. "In line with current government advice, all program members who attended the club at the prior training session on Thursday, October 14, have remained isolated," a Tigers statement read. "While the person did not enter the facility or mix with people at the club on Saturday, out of an abundance of caution, all other members of the Richmond AFLW bubble were tested over the weekend, with each returning a negative result." The only previous reported incidence of an AFL or AFLW player returning a positive COVID-19 test was former Essendon player Conor McKenna in June 2020.
