Sharad Pawar will decide who will be the Deputy CM, says Bhujbal
Op IndiaOn Thursday, senior NCP leader Chhagan Bhujbal stated that the decision on the post of Deputy Chief Minister in the newly formed government in the state of Maharashtra will be decided by party supremo Sharad Pawar. Earlier, there were also reports stating that the NCP was demanding the Chief Minister’s seat for two and a half years from Shiv Sena as part of the Maha Vikas Aghadi government in Maharashtra. Ajit Pawar, who enjoys a considerable amount of support within the party, only next to party chief Sharad Pawar, has also been lobbying for the post of deputy chief minister in the Shiv Sena-Congress-NCP coalition government.
