Live LawThe Supreme Court on Friday issued notice on a petition challenging the decision of the Delhi High Court approving the recognition of Central Delhi Court Bar Association as the official bar association of the Rouse Avenue District Court. A Supreme Court bench of Justices Abhay S. Oka and Augustine George Masih issued notice to the Bar Council of Delhi on a petition filed by Rouse Avenue District Court Bar Association.
