HMD Global may just kick off 2019 with the launch of the much-rumoured Nokia 9 PureView. Five rear cameras and a world of possibilities Installing five cameras on the back of the Nokia 9 PureView will offer HMD a number of possible permutations and combinations. Much like what Samsung did with the Galaxy A9, HMD will also be touting the Nokia 9 PureView as a phone that offers plenty of shooting modes for photography enthusiasts and professionals. Now that we know that the upcoming Nokia 9 phone will have the PureView branding, there is a lot of hope that HMD will launch something unique like the Nokia 808 PureView known for its 41MP sensor, which was pretty jaw dropping for its time. Whether having five cameras will be enough to help the Nokia 9 PureView rank up there among the Pixels, iPhones and Galaxys will remain to be seen.
