The Ningbo-CEEC Innovation Center began operating in Budapest, Hungary on Nov 1, serving as an important platform for industrial cooperation between Ningbo in East China's Zhejiang province and Central and Eastern European countries. The China-CEEC International Industry Cooperation Park in Yuyao, a county-level city in Ningbo, has been working to establish offshore innovation centers. According to an official from the China-CEEC International Cooperation Park, the center will serve as a bridge connecting Ningbo with CEE countries during the epidemic and provide a solid foundation for introducing more scientific industries from CEE countries to the park. The China-CEEC International Cooperation Park, established last year, has partnered with colleges and institutes from CEE countries such as University of Belgrade, Budapest University of Technology and Economics and the Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency on projects focusing on science and technology.
