Back are Wilcher, a quick-heating reserve who’s hitting 43.9 percent from 3; forward Juwan Gary, whose scoring and shooting are up considerably in his second year as an Alabama transfer; guard Jamarques Lawrence, who started 12 games as a true freshman when the Huskers got hot late last season; guard Sam Hoiberg, the coach’s spark-plug son; and Japanese sharpshooter Keisei Tominaga, who leads the Huskers in scoring at 14.6 points per game.
