Community leaders hope tensions between the Sikh and Hindu religious groups will abate ahead of India Prime Minister Narendra Modi's arrival in Sydney for the Quad leaders' summit on May 24. At a joint press conference with Prime Minister Anthony Albanese in March, Mr Modi said he was aware of the Hindu temple vandalism.
