With hundreds of Covid patients, Delhi hospitals cry for help as oxygen stocks may run out in few hours

Several Delhi hospitals, including the Rajiv Gandhi Super Specialty Hospital, stand to run out of oxygen supply in a few hours at a time when they have hundreds of Covid-19 patients who are in dire need of oxygen. The Mata Chanan Devi Hospital where over 200 Covid-19 patients are in dire need of oxygen, and the hospital run out of its stocks on Thursday. Oxygen crisis at Delhi hospitals The Rajiv Gandhi Super Specialty Hospital run by the Delhi government said it has only 2.5 hours of oxygen stock left at the facility. The Mata Chanan Devi Hospital had been constantly following up with the suppliers and authorities since Wednesday night but failed to procure any oxygen till early Thursday morning.
