Key points: Almost 74 per cent of South Australians aged 16 and over are now double-vaccinated Authorities are continuing to push to boost that number ahead of border restrictions easing on November 23 Plans on how the state will respond to outbreaks are expected within days A pop-up COVID-19 vaccination clinic at the biennial Multicultural Festival has been among several operating this weekend as the push continues to reach the 80 per cent double-dose target by November 23.
