UP: Pilot project for 'happiness curriculum' to be launched next session
India TodayAccording to officials, primary schools of Uttar Pradesh are preparing to start the 'happiness curriculum' along the lines of Chhattisgarh and Delhi under a pilot project. Speaking to the news agency PTI, Saurabh Malviya, state in-charge of the happiness curriculum informed that the course is being developed while keeping in mind the geographical and cultural conditions of Uttar Pradesh. Saurabh Malviya went on to explain that a total of 150 schools in 15 districts have been asked to work on the curriculum for the curriculum and that five books are going to be prepared for students from Class 1 to Class 5. The State Incharge further informed that the curriculum for the happiness course will be prepared via organising a workshop in which 32 teachers will be participating.
