Revanth calls for social boycott of KCR family for opposing Caste Census

Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Friday launched a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and BRS top leaders K. Chandrashekar Rao, K.T.Rama Rao and T. Harish Rao over the Caste Census. Addressing a state Congress meeting at Gandhi Bhavan on Friday, Revanth Reddy proposed a resolution calling for a "social boycott" of Chandrashekar Rao, Rama Rao, and Harish Rao for their refusal to participate in the caste enumeration process. Modi is a BC only in his caste certificate but he has an OC mindset," said Revanth Reddy, adding that the Prime Minister’s claims about caste were hypocritical. "Some are trying to create misconceptions, but the truth is like fire — it burns them but does not harm the people," Revanth Reddy said, defending the transparency of the Congress government’s efforts.
