Read our privacy policy With the Strictly Come Dancing 2019 launch date waltzing ever closer, BBC One has revealed the names of the celebrity contestants who will be taking to the dance floor this year. Click through the gallery below to find out who's taking part: In July, it was announced that new judge Motsi Mabuse would replace ballerina Darcey Bussell, who stepped down from the judging panel after seven years. Last year’s series saw broadcaster Stacey Dooley lift the glitterball trophy with professional partner Kevin Clifton. Strictly Come Dancing will return to BBC One in September.
