AP to decide on language subjects in CBSE syllabus: Botsa
Visakhapatnam: Education minister Botsa Satyanarayana said the state government will soon take a decision on including language subjects in the CBSE syllabus. Satyanarayana said he would discuss with higher officials how many subjects are to be added under CBSE syllabus. “For the purpose, we had decided to phase-wise implement CBSE syllabus in schools from the 202–2022 academic year,” he pointed out. Satyanarayana asked participating principals about their staff strength, eligibility of teachers, laboratories, libraries, maintenance of school records, administration of the schools, academic activities, examination models, issuance of certificates, audit of schools, coordination with state schools, financial management, role of principals and other issues.
