Maruti Suzuki Alto, Swift, Baleno, Ertiga, others: Automaker's domestic wholesales up 0.2 per cent in Jan 2021

Maruti Suzuki India today reported a marginal rise of 0.2 per cent in domestic wholesales to 1,42,604 units in January 2021. In the compact sub-segment, the sales slipped 8.8 per cent to 76,935 units in January 2021 from 84,340 units January 2020. Maruti Suzuki India's wholesales to other OEMs increased 153.6 per cent to 5,703 units in January 2021 from 2,249 units in January 2020. Talking about the overall wholesales, Maruti Suzuki India registered a growth of 4.3 per cent to 1,60,752 units in January 2021 from 1,54,123 units in January 2020.
