At least, that's the message from Mayor Cherelle Parker, who opened a 'wellness court' last month to get more addicts off the blighted streets of Kensington. Mayor Cherelle Parker has been called 'Trumpian' after defying progressives with her law-and-order policies Though it's better than before, Kensington Avenue remains a pitiful portrait of America at its darkest.
