Quzhou seeks further cooperation in Hong Kong, Macao

In Hong Kong, the delegation met with Yin Zonghua, deputy director of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and Carrie Lam, the fifth chief executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. During the discussions, Gao expressed hope that the Hong Kong Liaison Office and Mrs Lam would continue to support and strengthen exchanges between Quzhou and various sectors in Hong Kong. The delegation also visited several key institutions, including the Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Alumni Association of Zhejiang University, and Hong Kong Polytechnic University, extending invitations for field surveys in Quzhou. At the Quzhou Promotion Conference held on May 21, Gao highlighted the deep connections and collaborative exchanges between Quzhou and Hong Kong through captivating stories of cultural integration, people-to-people interactions, and economic and trade exchanges.
