Justice P.S. Narasimha Launches E-Sewa Kendras in Telangana
Deccan ChronicleHYDERABAD: Supreme Court judge Justice P.S Narasimha, inaugurated 31 e-sewa kendras and artificial intelligence services at the Telangana State Judicial Academy on Sunday. The e-sewa kendras were conceptualised by the e-committee of the Supreme Court of India and were aimed at enhancing public access to legal and judicial services. The kendras offer a wide range of services including case status inquiries, location of courts, e-petition filing, e-court app guidance, e-mulakat appointment booking, legal aid information, traffic challan inquiries, virtual interactions, document retrieval, RTI assistance and others. Justice Narasimha said:”If we don't keep in touch with technology, we might become technological illiterates.” Justice Alok Aradhe stressed on the goal of bridging the gap between justice and the public through technology.
