The Central Armed Police Forces will be deployed in Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh to aid surveyors to conduct pre-feasibility report of the 12,500 MW Siang Upper Multipurpose Project, officials said- a move opposed by local residents over concerns displacement and environmental impact.
