Drunk man sets sister and her family ablaze in Tadipathri

ANANTAPUR: A drunk man set his sister and brother-in-law as also their daughter on fire after dousing petrol on them as they demanded that he stop liquor consumption and take care of his family, police said. Police said Ramesh Reddy, addicted to liquor, was not taking care of his family. He went and collected a bottle of petrol from a filling station and poured it on his sister, brother-in-law and their daughter Poojitha while they were sleeping at a slab factory on Chukkalur. The Tadipathri rural police registered a case against Ramesh Reddy and launched a hunt for him.
