Record-breaking sub-zero temperatures expected in NSW
ABCRecord-breaking sub-zero temperatures are expected to be felt across New South Wales tomorrow, with one weather forecaster warning of "unusually low" temperatures. Areas in the Lower Central West, South West Slopes, and eastern Riverina are expected to hit below the minimum temperature records for July. Morning frost is expected over most of the Lower Central West, South West Slopes, and eastern Riverina regions in the next few days The towns of Young, Forbes, and Parkes are also expected to freeze. Areas affected include the Southern Tablelands forecast district and parts of the Northern Tablelands, Illawarra, Central Tablelands, Central West Slopes and Plains, South West Slopes, Snowy Mountains and Australian Capital Territory forecast districts.
