Michael Cohen plans to call Donald Trump Jr. as witness in lawsuit: report

The former Trump attorney in March, 2019, filed suit against the former president’s family’s company, alleging it owes him around $1.9 million in legal fees for costs associated with investigations held by Congress and special counsel Robert Mueller. Cohen’s lawsuit alleges the Trump Organization promised to pay his legal fees and did so until he flipped on the former president. A Trump Organization attorney opposes either Trump being on the witness list and said his legal team may object to Trump Jr.'s testimony.
