Raiders offensive coordinator Chip Kelly embraces challenge of competing in tough AFC West

HENDERSON, Nev. — Chip Kelly knows what he’s getting into, but as the Raiders’ offensive coordinator, he embraces joining an AFC West loaded with elite head coaches and quarterbacks.
