Actor Dileep Not Given VIP Privileges, Arrived At Sabarimala Sanctum With Administrative & Executive Officer: Police Tells Kerala High Court

The Police Controller, Sannidhanam in its report submitted before the Kerala High Court that the police have not extended any undue privileges or assistance to celebrities in Sabarimala. The police said that Dileep entered the first row in front of Sopanam in a direction opposite to the flow of pilgrims just before the Harivarasanam and blocked the first row during the entire Harivarasanam. It stated that from the CCTV visuals, it is verified that Dileep entered the sopanam with the Administrative Officer and Assistant Executive Officer 10 minutes before the closing time of Harivarasanam. It said that when Harivarasanam started the 2 Devaswom Guards on duty at the time allowed the actor and his companions to first row and allowed them to stay there for the entire Harivarasanam.
